Join Akademie Instructor Nick Rains at the beautifully maintained Samford Museum for a day of photography with Leica cameras and two models dressed in period costume.

We have exclusive and private access to the museum buildings for the day, and two of the volunteer staff, dressed in period clothes, will be on hand for portraits. One model will also be able to operate the blacksmith's forge.

We will also have a range of Leica M and Leica T cameras available to try out. Nick will be demonstrating how to use Leica cameras as well as how to modify the available light, for both static subjects and portraits, using scrims, reflectors and small strobe lights.

Lunch will be provided at the Flying Nun Cafe across the road from the Museum. Because this is a hands-on workshop, we will be limiting the number of places to eight only.

When : June 27th 9.00am to 3.00pm
Where: Samford Museum, Samford.
